- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, uninstalled condition with all protective wrappings, components, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Fragile glass and crystal fixtures require delicate handling. If you receive an item with broken crystals, cracked glass shades, or transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Fixtures that have been installed, wired into electrical junctions, missing components, or damaged due to improper handling cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
